The organiser of this contest is Johnson & Johnson Sdn Bhd (‘Organiser’).
Contest begins 2nd Jan 2010 and ends 31st May 2010.
This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia (State all the 14 states) except the employees and immediate families of Johnson & Johnson Sdn Bhd, their affiliates and/or related companies, distributors and advertising agencies.
The judges’ decision is final. Any correspondence will not be entertained.
The grand prize winner of RM10,000 cash will be notified by call from organizer.
Winners consent to the public disclosure of their names and their particulars (including release of their photographs) for publicity or commercial purposes at the discretion of the Organiser. Such winners also consent to co-operate with and participate in publicity activities organised by the Organiser without compensation whatsoever. The Organiser, reserves the right to disclose and publish names and corresponding particulars of the winners at its discretion.
All winners shall accept rewards as they are and subject to any terms and conditions to the rewards. The Organiser makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes in this contest.
The Silver Oral Care Card & Gold Oral Care Card entitles the holder to get a FREE dental check up at participating dental clinics.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any delay, failure in transmission of information, photos, and votes due to network, technical, electronic failures or any other conditions beyond the control of the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.
